Belle Update is Coming in February Here is a Quick Preview (Video)

According to the above screenshot from Nokia’s Official Vietnam site Nokia Belle is going to start rolling out in about a week!  This roll out of Belle was suppose to be done originally in the 4th Quarter of 2011 but got delayed by Nokia for one reason or another.  Check out the video to get a sneak peek of the updated OS.
