The original iPhone was the first smartphone shipped with an embedded non-removable battery. Well, they were removable, just not (officially) by the end user. A trend was born; nowadays numerous smartphone’s come with embedded batteries. The Nokia Lumia 900 and the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx are two high-end devices following this concept.

They sure love their over-sized phones in Korea. Sporting a 5-inch display and running on Android the odd device will certainly turn heads. What makes it even stranger is the rather wide 4:3 aspect ratio making it a tough fit for any pocket.

With only a few days left until the start of the Mobile World Congress, the amount of rumors and leaks coming out don’t seem to stop with gaining momentum as more and more models from the principal brands appearing in the wild on the internet. What the Italian blog Telefonino managed to do is still kind of amazing. This blog has managed to leak, in video, the principal line-up of the LG smartphones to be presented in Barcelona almost a week before the big event.
