The Nokia N86 have finally gotten the free Ovi Maps navigation (Ovi Maps version 3.3). To download the free navigation, open the SW update application and refresh / update the app and you should be able to see the Ovi Maps. If you dont see any Ovi Maps application there, well then the service is still not available for your region (check again in a few days).
