According to the site StatCounter, Symbian is still the world top mobile OS at the end of 2011, followed by iOS and Android. Curious to see that WP7 doesn’t even appear in these stats.

After successfully launching the Lumia 800 in two colour variants, it looks like Nokia may be considering a few more choices in upcoming version of the Windows Phone.
There was a bit of an uproar when Samsung announced that it wouldn’t be porting the latest version of their OS, Ice Cream Sandwich, over to older devices like the Galaxy and Tab. After some commotion and angry letters, they seem to be reconsidering their stance.
