In the U.S., Judge Lynn Hughes ruled that law enforcement has no right to your mobile location data without first getting a warrant issued. In a previous article we posted, showed that in the U.S. , law enforcement and emergency services tried to have mobile GPS tracking free and available at-all-times “for emergency purposes”.
