In spite of all the lawsuits and Samsung Galaxy S II sales figures once again prove its successful. It last sold over 5 million globally but the latest is that the phone has crossed 3.5 million mark in Korea alone.
Samsung has already put its foot in US by launching the Epic 4G Touch and seems to be moving up for higher figures. Comparing the sale figures of Galaxy S to Galaxy S II we can say that Galaxy S II will hit 4 million mark by the end of the year end setting up a record performance by any company in Asian market.
The number of activations per day in Korea are 7 times that of Apple’s iPhone. The wait is for the for Apple to launch its new iPhone5/ iPhone4+ as a competitor to S II and spice up the market.
