The patent lawsuits exchanges grow more with Samsung filing a lawsuit against Apple in Australia claiming Apple has violated Samsung’s patents in Australia.
Initially Apple had filed a lawsuits claiming Samsung had violated its design patents and was successful in preventing the sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia and some other parts of the world as well.
The lawsuit further claims that Apple has violated seven patents filed by Samsung in Australia and might also seek a reassessment of the patents that Apple holds as Samsung feels that those are being used by Apple against the Samsung’s line of galaxy smartphones and tablets.
It is also to be noted that this is the second lawsuit filed by Samsung against Apple and unlike Samsung, Apple has not pulled any of its products from the market.
