Stephen Elop, CEO of Nokia Corporation, recently confirmed in an interview in China that their Windows Phone offering will be made available worldwide in Q4.
In a bit of a twist though, they won’t be release all at once, but rather “rolled out” country by country. He also mentions that the Nokia phones will be more “user” centric rather that “app” centric the way iOS and Android products have been focused.
