HTCDesire HD is bringing a 4.3-inch touch screen packed in aluminum body and features a 1GHz 8255 Snapdragon processor, 8MP camera with dual-LED flash and 720p video recording, HSPA+ data with 802.11n WiFi also on board.
HTCDesire Z is an Android side-slider. Similar to the T-Mobile G2, the Desire Z features a QWERTY keyboard. Other goodies include 5MP camera that is capable to record HD video, an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor and Wi-Fi.
HTC has announced two new Desire handsets and the launch of a cloud system that stores phone activities online. The Taiwanese manufacturer announced the HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z today (15 September). In addition to the handset launches, HTC also announced HTCSense.com – a new website where HTC customers can log in and look at activity they have done on their handset.
For example, HTC users will now be able to search through text messages, and map routes they have searched for on their phone. The online cloud access also allows users to locate their handset, divert calls to a landline remotely and a remote wipe facility if lost.
