Yahoo Acquires Foursquare of Indonesia

Yahoo was unsuccessful in its aggressive bid to purchase Fourquare but has found an alternative in Koprol.  Koprol is an Indonesian version of Foursquare.  In an emerging market Koprol could be seen as a shrewd investment in today’s social acquisitions, particularly in light of yesterdays announcement of the new Yahoo and Nokia partnership.  Read More »
