The guys at intomobile takes a look at the new HTC EVO 4G. Similarly to the HD2, the HTC EVO 4G sports a giant 4.3-inch display and a 1GHz Snapdragon chipset. The most interesting thing about it however, is that it’s the first phone in the United States to support Sprint’s WiMAX 4G network. This allows it to take advantage of better video streaming, faster data connectivity and a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calls. It has HTC’s renowned Sense UI on top of Android 2.1, which means users will have access to thousands of applications. Another premium feature of the smartphone is the 8MP camera with HD video recording capabilities.

The N82 was released in 2007 with S6v3.1 OS and can multitask better than the super smartphones of today. The video shows a total of 66 active applications without a hint us OS/UI slowdown. A reboot of the N82 reveals only 88.7MB of Ram yet it constantly outperforms phones and OSes that are equipped with 256MB Ram or more. Even after 66 applications, there was over 11MB of Ram remaining to open other applicaions. This video and the 62 App video of the Samsung i8910 goes to show the great multitasking ability that Symbian users have enjoyed for years.
