This picture was taken late yesterday evening as I walked past the Nokia Flagship Store in London’s Regents Street. Is this related to Nokia’s countdown or just a visit by Cupid for Valentines. I passed back a few hours later and arrows had appeared through the hearts. If you know more about it, please let us know.
