You can download the new signed version from our forum s60v5 application section or from get.skyfire.com (download via the default browser on your phone). Video demo after the break…

and this is for 3rd edition phones or not?
its for both v3 and v5
is skyfire free when you use it or u have to pay for the internet to be able to use it?
can i use it over wifi?
that, ofc depents on the conection you chose
And yes, u can use it over wifi
it can’t be used in China.
skyfire refused to provide service in china
No prob in Malaysia. I’m using 5800.
No problem in London. Screen is a bit blurry, but otherwise works well. 5800
I’m in China and i just download and install the new release of skyfire. It work fine over wifi and over data plan. First bug i notice is the zoom in out when double type the screen, almost doesn’t respond, the page i visited needed time about 5 seconds to become clearly readable even though page was already fully loaded. Otherwise skyfire work perfectly on nokia n97.
hooo and no option for multi tab. Nokia n97 is a mobile computer and even the most ugliest default browser of nokia n97 came with multi tab. hope that skyfire will make an update that will fix this bug.
I’m from Brazil, using a Nokia 5800 XM. The program (so awaited) unfortunately crashed on initialization due to lack of memory. Though it was supposed to work on Symbian s60v5 touch screen devices… It’s a pity, I was waiting since last year for January and the release to come.
Seems like it’s a browser with the best feature of eating memory.
