Hands on with the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 at CES 2010

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is the manufacturer’s first Android phone. It is rather high-end, equipped with a 1GHz Snapdagon processor, 4-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 480x854 pixels and an 8.1-megapixel camera with autofocus. However, its software features are just as impressing. What it adds to the Android universe is a personalized interface, called UX (from User eXperience). Basically, UX combines various entertainment and social media features.

  1. Hi,

I was getting excited about this phone but unfortunately even now this close to release SE have not sorted out the lagging problems.

I have a feeling its going to be release and users will have shed loads of problems just like on the Satio.

I think i have now ruled this out as my next phone, im going N900 or HD2, dont think we can trust Sony

  2. The lag is horrible… cant see myself buying the phone.
With that kind of hardware it should be smooth as hell!

Seems like SE cant get it right anymore…

  3. @IISCOOL,
check out all the problems people have had with HD2 before buying it.

  4. After searching for this information, I will have to say most people agree with you on this topic.
