Recovering from a night of all things Good - Food, Drink and Companionship.  However, I remain cake-less!

I attended my first Meet-up with the guys and girls at WomWorldNokia.  Also in attendance were other bloggers and people of the phone community.

We were made very welcomed and introduced to one another and got to talking about all things Nokia and the mobile blogging world in general.  Drinks were handed around to enjoy with our snacks and some hands-on experience with some of Nokia’s latest products including the BH-905 headphones.  A game or two of Ms Pac Man and Mario Cart via the Nokia Maemo N900 emulator was enjoyed.  Everyone was really friendly and I was able to put human faces to some people I had twittered or emailed in the past. 

Jay Montano made a special cake, it originally had WomWorldNokia written on it in icing but it melted away.  I am sure it was delicious but someone was reminiscent about slicing it up.  I am blaming the fact that it was a chocolate cake as the culprit.  Chocolate is always a bad thing when it comes to sharing!!!  I hope whomsoever ate my slice enjoyed it lots   Pizza arrived a little later and I have never seen Pizza vanish as quickly as it arrived, it was delicious.  We were each given a freebie, usb stick with Ovi Good Things apps for our symbian or maemo mobiles.  Thank you to everyone for helping us have a great time.

As to why or how a Giraffe arrived in the Office, perhaps  it is best not to question such things.
