The Nokia N85 also got a new firmware update today. The new version v31.002 can be downloaded via OTA ( Over-The-Air) or from NSU (included in Nokia PC Suit). Dont forget to backup your important data before upgrading to the new version. The changelog is still unknown.

What about the N95 8GB. It has lots of problem with latest firware?
and then one billion people say….what about Nokia 5800? It is a lot newer and it do needs a new firmware.

I notice most of the N85 images online the fonts on the active standby are not in bold. Mine is in bold and the line “search: internet…” is not complete with “…” at the end. Someone please tell me why? My N85 fonts seem to be different… not the usual nokia font style. I need answers! Thanks!

Rachel, you can update it over the air. Key in on your phone *#0000# and select ‘check for updates’. You can get the latest version through it.
