Woman sues Burger King for SMS spam

A woman in New York have sued Burger King for five million U.S. dollars – for a year of unwanted SMS advertising. She is claiming the company “acted like an ex-boyfriend who couldn’t take a hint: It repeatedly text-messaged her — with spam ads — although she told it to get lost.,”
