Anyone tested if the screensaver bug still exists?

I.e. the screensaver-bar with the digital clock and date display vanishes after some seconds? It ought to stay there infinitely (with backlight off, of course), as in all other Nokia S60 models, but it seems they didn’t manage it. In 30.019, the bug still exists and I only want to update to 31.011 if that bug has been addressed.

When you have done the firmware version 30, did you lose the WLAN scanning feature? I lost mine. It is a very valuable tool for my Nokia N79. Now, I would like to know, if upgrading to version 31, will it bring back the WLAN scanner?

Just update to the firmware 31.002, also available in Indonesia. Updated using integrated nokia app. Will try to hard reset tomorrow to check the change

Funny thing is till a few days ago I couldn’t get anything newer than v20.

Also right now Nokia updater on the PC and on the web site say I can only get v20.

But directly from the phone I got the v31 . Haven’t messed around enough to notice big differences…

Nokia Ovi Suite 2.0.1.35 runs perfectly on Wondows 7 6bit, but this is the first version that runs, so download it and update yours then youqshould be able to update the N97 (like me though I did it on a XP machine at work)

I cant update my N97, im still on V12.0.026

Im running Windows 7 64bit

The built in nokia app on the phone doesn’t update the phone, and the Nokia Suite on the PC doesn’t work because the updater wont run in 64bit

What do i do ?
