What a p.o.s. video, lol didn’t prove anything

The rendering engine from HD2 is the fastest (if all three phones used the same wifi connection)

@ Mike, are you an apple fanboy? Iphone sucks and is so 2007, all hype, nothing else.

First of all, be sure to delete all the cookies and browsing history on all three phones. And second of all, they all must be on same wifi. And the buttons must be pressed at the same time. BTW browser test doesn’t say anything. I think the three of the devices are about the same, just depends what you prefer.

This video is really getting to some apple boys. It shows what it shows and that is the fact that the htc hd2 has the quickest browser, period. All the noise about hitting buttons at the same time, deleting cookies, same wifi and the like does not really wash. How do you even know that was not done??? And what about screen rotation?? Does that not prove how quick and responsive the phone is either??

The iphone had its day and we all clamoured over it at that time but I’m afraid its all over. After all these months, there is a new kid on the block and he’s faster and stronger. Deal with it.

u guys r great..I am so anticipating this hd2 coming out. I’m just very worried about the windows platform being tht I have used it before and was very displeased in use with the treo 750 or 700(can’t remember), but it was enough to have made me think I would never go back to a windows mobile platfrm ever again…I prbly will get the hd2 though cuz its tractor beaming me in with tht 4.3 in screen…oh yea..amonst other perks..I’m excited but prepared for the worst. hit me once shame on windows, hit me twice shame on me.lol

This video is useless. Doesn’t show a comparison. No one uses IE as a webrowser. Basically rigged before it even started. This isn’t a comparison of browsing speed b/w devices. Its a comparison of browsing speed b/w safari, opera, and IE. You don’t need to include the phones to know who will win. Obviously opera always beats out safari and IE. IE will always lose. This is so stupid I cannot understand this. I suppose it just fuels the flame war between douchebag HTC HD2 lovers and APPLE fagboys. THat’s interesting since the neotouch beats out all these phones in all meaningful benchmarks. Since neotouch is built with cheap materials, its the cheapest one as well; its the best value no arguments about it. Put opera on neotouch and then see what happens. At least that will be a useful comparison. The point is, at least for me, this test was faulty before it began.

IF you want to do browser comparison that’s usefull, make sure to use the browsers that people will use. There’s no use showing me what IE will do when I will never use it. Perhaps put safari v. opera (hd2) v. skyfire (neotouch) == at least that would be more realistic.
