vHome brings a whole new level of customization to your Symbian device. The demo, here on an E71, shows how it adds News Feeds, Weather, Google Search, a quickdial option, access to favorite contacts and applications, extensive settings and more.
This iPhone and iPod Touch application automatically translates restaurant menus, hotel booklets, product manuals, or snippets from newspapers without typing anything on the iPhone / iPod keyboard. Simply take a close-up picture of the printed text and this app will recognize and immediately translate it into another language. Mark from the Nokia Blog demoes the Vlingo app on the Nokia N97. I must say that I’m pretty impressed on how easy it works, specially the sms feature were you say the name of the person you want to send the sms to and the text and the app will do the job for you.
