I had once unlocked it and than the 3.1.2 update was done and it was locked again. Now can this be unlocked or jailbreak again.

update via itunes, then use the blackra1n exe file to jailbreak it via windows. all your data will be erased

I am not sure I understand. Does this mean we can update to the iphone 3.1 firmware and then be able to use blackrain to access cydia hackulous and the rest? I do not want to jailbreak my phone.
