update via itunes, then use the blackra1n exe file to jailbreak it via windows. all your data will be erased

My Iphone 3.1.2 doest not unlocked by blackra1n. Some one suggest me how to unlocked it.

I had once unlocked it and than the 3.1.2 update was done and it was locked again. Now can this be unlocked or jailbreak again.
