Nokia software market just announced that the firmware version v30.101 for the Nokia N85 have been released. This software release includes improvements in copying contacts from your SIM card and also a few bug fixes. To get this software through your device, type in *#0000# on the home screen or go to Device Manager. Select Options > Check for updates and follow the on screen prompts. Additionally this software release is available through the Nokia Software Updater (included in PC Suit)

Only some PC (Product Codes) is avaiable for this update. My N85,in example, dont upgrade, steel in 30.019.
This “minor” fix made my phone much faster. The theme animation are much faster, the zoom in the photo viewer is faster so overall you will get a faster phone. Thanks nokia but you could made this update a lilte earlier….

i have hutch 3 dodgy version of N85 now have error loading/installing any program so am now ready to take the risk wiping v11 custom 3 install and replacing with new v30. Any links to replacing telco version with plain nokia version?
