The New Zealand Transport Ministry recently announced that the ban, which will begin in November, will adhere to the following rules. You may use your mobile phone to make, receive or end calls. All email content, whether reading or composing is prohibited.GPS Navigation is prohibited on every mobile phone, barring those standalone navigation systems which do not incorporate mobile phone functions.
