Customers are able to view their latest bills online along with any bolt-on products they may have purchased. Sally Cowdry, O2 marketing direct had this to say “our customers want to stay in control of how much they spend whenever they like. My O2 allows them to do this with the minimum of fuss. Similar applications are to be rolled out to other phones in the near future.” You can download the app free-of-charge from the iPhone App Store.
