China is the so-called next Silicon valley.Speaking yesterday, Lu Xiang Dong, Vice President of China Mobile in a statement issued jointly with the Symbian Foundation announced it was to support Symbian Signed services by its developers thus encouraging submission and approval of Symbian apps.
