The Nokia N97 just got a new firmware update, the new version v12.2.024 can be downloaded from NFU or OTA. Don’t forget to take a copy of your data (backup) before updating to the new version.

If you are trying to update your firmware and there isn’t any new firmware available for your phone , try again in a few days since the new firmware may not be available for you product code yet. There isn’t any official changelog out yet but ill guess Nokia has fixed a few bugs etc. You can discuss the new firmware over at our official Nokia N97 v12.2.024 forum thread.
