Symbian App: Fring v3.40 is out

Fring just released a new version of their popular messenger application for both S60v3 and S60v5 phones. The new version number is 3.40 and you can download it from here
What is Fring?
Fring is a mobile Internet community and communication service that allows friends to connect, share experiences and enhance their online communities together.
Using your handset?s internet connection, you can interact with friends on all your favourite social networks including Skype, MSN Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ, SIP, Twitter, Yahoo! and AIM. You can listen to music with your Last.fm friends, check out what each other are up to on Facebook, receive alerts of new Google Mail and tailor make your very own fring by adding more cool experiences from fringAdd-ons

Whats new?
- No more multiple listings for the same friend!
- Viewing a fringster’s profile, you can see whether he’s currently available via fring, Skype or MSN, and other IM services.
- We “hint” you when a friend from your regular phone book or another social network like Skype, AIM etc is also a fringster so you can add them to your fring friend list and complete their personal profile.
- You can control how your fring world sees you! You can update your own fring profile photo, mood status and nick name
