Symbian App: Nokia Here and Now updated

The Nokia Here and Now applications got another update today. Here are the major improvements for this update:
- S60 3.1 support
- Larger preview images
- Visible on the application grid
- Browser bookmarks localized
- Changed the .sis names to be more descriptive
- Added installation warnings about incompatibility
- Still no support for the Nokia N96 :/
