Symbian: Nokia 5800 virtual keyboardPosted by: Phat^Trance in Nokia, Nokia Apps (S60v5)This application creates a virtual t-pad on the screen and the t-pad can be drag though the entire screen. That means every s60v3 applications can be used on 5th platform! The application is still in beta version (without any options). You need to install the application on the internal memory and not the memory card.

Vodafone UK partners with Ericsson in cost saving strategyPosted by: Phat^Trance in Operator News, Press releasesVodafone has partnered with Ericsson to provide maintenance and operational support in order to make cost savings. The seven year partnership will mean the transferral of around 350 employees from Vodafone to Ericsson in May. Vodafone’s chief technology officer Jeni Mundy said: ‘We see this as a strategic long-term relationship, offering real operational and financial benefits allowing us, over time, to reinvest savings in delivering new products and services for customers.’
