This short clip shows the menus of the Garmin application on the 5800. New on screen buttons for touch interface are now present on the 5.00.30 version of the Garmin Mobile XT software.
Phone running firmware v20.
You can use all the regular methods of text input on the 5800 to enter addresses on the Garmin xt software, including landscape qwerty, ABC mode, mini qwerty and handwriting.
Startup, acquiring satellites , rotation and driving.
