Nokia E63 – in red hot or cool blue now available in the USPosted by: Phat^Trance in Nokia, Press releasesSizzle red hot on Valentine’s Day or just be cool this winter with the Nokia E63, available on shelves in the US today. This attractive full QWERTY device wows with more than just a big screen – it’s the perfect device to keep in touch with your special someone, via text, IM, email, your favorite social network or the traditional way – with a phone call. Available at Nokia Flagship stores in New York City and Chicago, independent retailers and e-tailers, the Nokia E63 is a great messaging device that’s easy on the eyes and the pocketbook. This 279 USD techy treat delivers a host of multimedia features, corporate and personal email capabilities, a unique home-screen switch mode to aid that delicate balance between life and work, full web browsing, 3G connectivity, WiFi, a 2 megapixel camera, and a standard 3.5 mm audio jack so you can rock away to your favorite tunes, whenever inspiration strikes.
Of course, Nokia has first ensured that the new 5630 XpressMusic ticks the musical boxes. Comes with Music enabled in selected countries, it’s ready to soak up to 3,000 songs into its slender shell via a 4GB microSD memory card that comes in the box. Likewise, its tuneful talents extend to the ‘say and play’ feature (first debuted on the 5320 XpressMusic last year), letting you speak the name of an artist of track to automatically play it. Plus, the Nokia 5630 comes loaded with a 3.5mm headphone connector, stereo Bluetooth, FM stereo and Internet radio to wrap up its music credentials. Now here comes the twist…
Here are some pictures of the Sony Ericsson W395 walkman phone that was announced earlier today. The W395 is a music-centric phone, with dedicated keys and loud stereo speakers. Other features include 2MP Camera, stereo Bluetooth, Memory slot, Accelerometer, FM radio and Organizer.

Google Sync Beta for iPhone, WinMo and SyncML PhonesPosted by: Phat^Trance in iPhone, Windows MobileFrom the official Google Blog: One of the hardest parts about switching phones is getting your address book and calendar to your new device. We’re making that process a little easier by releasing a beta version of Google Sync for the iPhone and Windows Mobile phones as well as a contacts-only version for phones that support SyncML. For iPhone and Windows Mobile devices, Google Sync allows you to get your Gmail Contacts and Google Calendar events to your phone. Once you set up Sync on your phone, it will automatically begin synchronizing your address book and calendar in the background, over-the-air, so you can attend to other tasks. Sync uses push technology so any changes or additions to your calendar or contacts are reflected on your device in minutes. The connection is always on so you don’t have to manually sync your phone after Sync has been set up. This means that when your colleague changes the time of the TPS report cover sheets meeting, you’ll know about it right away.
Samsung Memoir for T-Mobile USA is said to be similar to the Pixon, with wide touch screen, the TouchWiz interface and an 8-megapixel camera for quality photos. However, it seems to have a Xenon flash, which may improve the image quality indoors. |
