Out of bandwidth again box.net refuse to reset the bandwidth stats

The file server is out of bandwidth again since box.net refuses to “reset” my account in almost 2 months now. They usually reset the bandwidth statistics every month but when i emailed them yesterday and asked why they haven’t reset my stats after almost 2 months they just replied with a standard message ( twice) that my “monthly” stats has been used an i need to wait. They also wrote that all accounts is being reset every month but “sometimes” it can take a longer time (and they haven’t yet replied to my why they haven’t reset my bandwidth stats yet.)

Most of the files are still available to download from the forum, but the files on box.net is down untill i get some more bandwidth.

Update: The box.net account is back online! Thx Sean

  3. Try http://www.myotherdrive.com for online backup and file sharing. Great for online backup and file sharing, plus they do reset your stats every month!

i upload all the files to the forum since 1 month ago, but i have to many files from my old posts and i dont have the time to transfer them to a new hosting, just takes to long time and all the posts needs to be edited with a new link and so on.

You should check out smestorage.com. You can access your box.net files using this site and you can also combine it with Amazon S3 in a virtual file system – no bandwidth charges or anything…..

  6. Hey, this is Sean over at Box.net. I’m sure there must be a simple misunderstanding in this, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I know you mentioned that you contacted our team about this already, but I would encourage you to send some details via http://www.box.net/help/contact/new. If it’s something that we can fix, I know our support team is always very conscientious about making sure everyone is taken care of.
