This is not the latest XPERIA.
You can see from the box. The presenter does not show the front face of the box. Also, the boxlets inside are not blue as the real one (as shown in the photos in your own link http://dailymobile.se/2008/10/10/unboxing-pictures-sony-ericsson-xperia-x1/ ).
