Congrats! Where did you buy it?

I bought this phone last week and returned to the stores in a week because of the following reasons,

1. OS crashes very often. Running more than one program makes the system very slow. Mainly the handset restarts when running internet radio, music player or internet browsing.

2. Operationally it is very much inferior compared to its predecessors like N95 8GB and N95 Silver.

3. Very poor ergonomics. I pained my thumb in using the joystick which is very hard to press. Also too many key pads on the face of it (16 key operations). It is very much to have a wrong key pressed.

4. Navi Wheel is option found in the help files but the related hardware is not available in the phone.

5. Available RAM is only between 65mb to 70mb.

6. N96 is not stable and reliable in terms of using with multiple applications.

Finally this phone is far inferior compared to N95 8GB and the phone is not so impressive as expected before the release.

i agree with you, im not gonna keep the n96. My N95-1 is waaaay better than this phone
