Does Apple sells too many iPhone 3G?

Apple and AT & T is being sued by a San Diego iPhone user. He alleges that the companies knowingly sold “too many” iPhone 3G, which has led to undercapacity in the AT & T’s network.

According to the summons AT&T and Apple have knowingly sold so many iPhone 3G that capacity in the AT & T’s recently established 3G networks are insufficient, making it impossible to reach the speeds promised in corporate marketing, writes AppleInsider.

Neither AT & T or Apple has spoken out about the case.
