The Russian operator Megafon has signed an agreement with Apple to sell Iphone 3G in the country.

The operator is the third largest in Russia, one of the world’s fastest growing mobile markets.
Reuters News Agency reported in August that Mobile Telesystem had received the contract, something that neither Apple or MTS has commented.
