Symbian Application: JBak TaskMan (Freeware)

Sometime ago, I was in search for a good S60 3rd Task Manager, I tried most of the majority, but being all of them shareware, I had to leave them all at the end of the trial period. But finally, I found out the best. That is, JBak TaskMan by Juriy Bakunin (aka JBAK). I can confidently recommend it to you as the BEST FREEWARE TASKMAN available right now. It has no limit in personalization of the application, from the size of the application to making an app a system app, you will end up with a way unique Task Manager of your own, fully tailored to suit your needs.

It has all the functions (plus some more) that you’ll find on an S60 Taskman. I’ve been using the app for quite sometime for now and fully satisfied of it. That being said, I would like to strongly suggest you to give it a try, after all it is free. Usually I don’t get fully satisfied with any app, but this is one app that I’m rather satisfied. The app is available for both the S60 2nd and 3rd Editions too. But there’s much room for improvement and JBak TaskMan shall one day well become the best Taskman available on S60. Great creation JBAK, keep it up !

  1. thank’s bro, very good application.

  2. i get a certifiation error……. anyone know why??????

  3. Thanks thexcode.
bigboi, do you have any previous versions installed ? If so, you’ll need to remove them manually prior to installing the new version. If you get a Certificate Expired error, change the date of your phone. While trying to install the R7 build, I also got the Certificate Error, but this has to be because I already have the app installed and as far as I know, the R7 build is signed (although R6 is NOT signed)

  4. No.. I do not have any previous versions installed.. i get this message “Certificate Error. Contact Application Supplier”

my phone is the N95-3 NAM version; i dont know if this makes a difference or not… and i did a software update about a month and a half ago which currently is
V 20.2.011 which STILL is the most current version….

i hope this is enough info for anyone to help me out… i really appreciate everyone’s help in this.

  5. I also get “Certificate Error. Contact Application Supplier”. N80???????????

  6. Kindly download the Symbian Signed version which is available after the R7 & R6 builds. Scroll down and you’ll find the link.
