As Nokia compromised or, failed to complete it’s Open at Own Risk project today, I’m looking at something different. I thought of writing this some days ago. But I didn’t have enough time. First up, I’m going to cover a helpful freeware utility that has a function which you’ll never even expect.
It is ActiveFile by Alie Lee and this freeware file explorer utility for S60 3rd Edition devices has two useful utilities which you may combine into one.
1. Messaging Explorer – Hide etc. and manage your messages
2. Create SMS – This makes it possible to create any desired message from any desired number or name and save it into any messaging folder in your device. The only small bug is that it shows sender’s number as “To:+123456789″ in the inbox too.
