How to add album art cover to your symbian s60 music player
Posted by: Phat^Trance in Nokia, Other Phone Brands
I have written a small guide on how to add album art covers to the nokia symbian s60 music player. This guide is tested on a Nokia N95-1 but it should also work on all symbian s60 phones that supports album art. I hope that you guys like it
First download a freeware application called Mp3Tag and install it on your computer.
Click on the images to view the original pictures
Start the application and press CTRL + D to choose the dir were you have stored the mp3 files. Its important that you DONT use your memory card as the source (Just choose a dir on your computer and the transfer the files to the memory card when your done.) Choose the mp3 that you want to add the cover on and click on the icon that looks like a globe and choose the source. I prefer the discogs server. When a new dialog box shows write the name of the artist and press ok.
A new dialog box will appear with all the albums that the artist made and here you need to select the album and then click ok. Then another dialog box will appear with the album info, just press ok
And now your done
you can now see the album cover to the right. Transfer the mp3 to your phone and you will see the album cover next time you play the song.

Nice turorial. It is the best way I think.
Though I use WMP 11 & just sync my N95-1.
from now on I’ll use your method.
This tutorial is posted by me (just copy & paste) on IPMart. I’ve mentioned your name. plz don’t mind bcoz I don’t take your permission.
