Symbian Application: MyID Switch v1.00 Multilanguage

It is changing value of Settings>Call settings>Send my caller ID..
Added MyID Simple Switch (MyID SSwitch).. Will change “Send my caller ID” value without asking..

Is it Network Dependent or not?
I mean if network provider does not support caller ID hiding, is it possible to hide by this software?
it uses the #31# code so it must be network dependent.
