While everybody’s eyes were on Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Nokia held an event in Sydney Australia. It unveiled pics of a new business smartphone E71, which will replace the E61 when released to the market. The new phone has the similar form-factor of a candybar with an integrated QWERTY-keyboard. We’ve mentioned the device when early rumors popped up in the Internet.
Nokia reported the E71 is significantly smaller than its predecessor – a mere 57 mm and 10mm thick. In addition the phone features 3G support (HSDPA), Wi-Fi, microSDHC slot, integrated GPS and 3.2-megapixel camera. Probably we’ll hear an official announcement of Nokia E71 at CeBIT.
