i have an n95 with firmware 14.0.001 but when i wanna update it still say you have the current version but what i see is that there are new versions out but i cant download it getting me %$*&$

I can´t get the newest version of the software for my N95. I´m getting mad because I´ve tried several times by installing it again but it appears all the time. What can I do? There is no update. I tried by gettin anothers product code and it doesn´t works.
